When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, email address and the details you choose to send. We use them only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run your website.
We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set cookies or track you across other sites. We see page views, referrers and device types in aggregate.
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We never sell personal data.
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years for accounting.
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@tephrane.studio.
