Every plan has a six-month minimum term. After that it continues month to month and either side can end it with 30 days’ notice.
Edits that change content or layout on existing pages are included. New templates, integrations or sections are quoted before work starts.
Your domain, content and data are yours. After the minimum term you may transfer the site to your own account for a one-off fee equal to one month of your plan.
We back up sites daily and monitor them constantly, but our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before a claim.
