The story
Kinetic’s old site didn’t list prices or say which physio treated what, so every question became a phone call.
We added treatment pages with prices, a team page with each physio’s specialisms, and live availability from their practice-management system on the home page. A free 15-minute phone triage catches the patients who aren’t sure what to book.
In month three the clinic opened on Saturdays. The new slots were bookable online the same afternoon.
